8, 1:1 weekly working sessions (60–90 minutes) tailored to your business and team
Recorded sessions (so you don't need to take notes!) which you can download and keep for future reference
1 hour/week of pre-session video learning "homework" and preparation so our weekly meetings are focused on implementation
Guided rollout of all 8 Expedition HR Pillars in a practical, step-by-step sequence
Practical, tailored guidance applied directly to your business, including real-time problem solving, tools, and systems aligned to your team and culture
Creation of a robust, prioritized HR implementation roadmap with ongoing accountability check-ins
One, 90-minute training for your people managers (with option to add additional trainings) to ensure your managers can confidently execute based on what we build! (Disciplinary process, employment law basics, manager skills, interview skills for the best hire, building team trust, and more!)
